Terms of service.
These terms describe general expectations for using the ARNXO website and the relationship between website information and formal project agreements.
Effective date: 28 July 2026. Project scope, fees, ownership, support, and project-specific legal terms are confirmed separately in a written proposal or agreement.
1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Arnxo, review general service and product information, read published content, access authorized client features, and contact the company for legitimate business purposes.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service unreasonably, impersonate others, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
2. Website information
Website content is provided for general information. Service descriptions, product directions, timelines, engagement structures, project pages, and articles do not by themselves create a binding commitment, warranty, or professional advice relationship.
Project pages identify live work, previous brands, client websites, concepts, or products in development. Product availability and planned capabilities may change during research, beta, or development.
3. Proposals and project agreements
A project begins only when the parties approve a written agreement or proposal describing scope, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, assumptions, dependencies, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality, acceptance, support, and any other relevant conditions.
If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement should control for that project.
4. Accounts and access
If Arnxo provides a client account, you are responsible for accurate information, protecting credentials, using strong unique passwords, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, systems, legal obligations, or contractual rights.
5. Intellectual property
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, the website, brand, logo, original content, design, code, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Arnxo and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
No website content grants permission to copy, sell, republish, create misleading associations, or use Arnxo marks beyond ordinary linking and fair reference. Project-specific ownership and license rights must be stated in the relevant signed agreement.
6. Third-party services and links
The website or Arnxo services may interact with third-party platforms. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security responsibilities. A link or integration does not automatically mean Arnxo controls or endorses every aspect of the third-party service.
7. Availability and changes
Arnxo may update, suspend, or change website content and functionality. Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without implied promises beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability limitations for paid services, indirect loss, data loss, third-party systems, or business interruption should be defined in the applicable signed agreement and reviewed by counsel.
9. Indemnity and acceptable conduct
Any indemnity obligations should be proportionate, mutual where appropriate, clearly connected to misuse or breach, and set out in a signed agreement rather than assumed from a generic website visit.
10. Governing law and disputes
Project-specific governing law, venue, notices, and dispute procedures will be stated in the relevant written agreement. Before formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt to resolve concerns through direct good-faith communication where appropriate.
11. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the website, products, and business evolve. For questions, contact arnxo.co@gmail.com.
